The Human Resources Absence / Sicke Form App is a canvas Power App that can gather all the information required as part of registering sick leave. The captured absence information is automatically emailed to the relevant teams for notification and action.

The form can easily be modified to meet the needs of your company.

To successfully run the app, you need the following licenses:

• Power Apps / Power Automate license (usually covered by E3 license)
• Sharepoint Lists
