The app ensures all relevant information is captured so that the request review team can decide what due diligence is required from a financial and legal perspective, and perform the relevant Information Security reviews with the supplier, if required (e.g. supplier security assessments Excel templates included).

* Automatically computers supplier risk score based information provided, this determines         which supplier security questionnaire should be completed (templates included)
* Data captured into SharePoint List
* Information is captured and sent via email to a customised email address (e.g. ticketing   system)
*Power Automate Approval flows can easily be added

To successfully run the app, you need the following licenses:

* Power Apps / Power Automate license (usually covered by E3 license)
* Sharepoint Lists
* Outlook to access emails

You will have all the information within the instruction to install and configure this Power App template yourself, however, if you would like the app creator to help install and configure the app for you, or coach you through the install process, you have the option to pay for this on an hourly basis.
